1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HomerepairCalculator.com (the “Site”), including any calculators, forms, tools, estimates, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Who We Are

Homerepaircalculator.com provides informational tools (including cost estimate calculators) and may connect users with independent home repair professionals and service providers (“Pros”). We are not a home repair contractor and do not perform repair services.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services.

4) Estimates Are Informational Only

Calculator results, price ranges, and any content on the Site are general estimates and are provided for informational purposes only. Actual costs vary based on location, scope, materials, availability, timing, and other factors. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that any estimate will match a Pro’s quote.

5) Lead Requests and Matching With Pros

If you submit information through a form (e.g., to request quotes or be contacted), you authorize us to:

  • use your information to respond and provide the Services; and
  • share your information with one or more Pros so they can contact you about your request.

Pros are independent third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their communications, pricing, scheduling, performance, licensing, insurance, or services.

6) No Endorsement; Your Responsibility

We do not endorse any Pro. You are responsible for evaluating any Pro, including verifying licensing, insurance, references, and suitability. Any agreement you enter into with a Pro is solely between you and that Pro.

7) Communications Consent

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us and/or Pros via phone, email, and text message, including via automated technology where permitted by law, regarding your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

8) User Content and Submissions

You agree that information you submit will be accurate and not misleading. You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.

9) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems;
  • scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission;
  • submit false leads or impersonate others;
  • use the Services in violation of any law.

10) Intellectual Property

The Site, calculators, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY PRO. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (WHICHEVER IS GREATER).

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

14) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the Site operator is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
